

FITNESS ASSESSMENT & TESTING
Our Advanced Strength Training is an important clinic that is important in many ways:
- It introduces the attendees to –
- Theory and Practice of Strength Training
- Correct techniques for executing, teaching and spotting Weight Training exercises and Plyometric drills with the support of about 600 exercise videos
- Principles of biomechanics as applied to these two exercise formats

- The knowledge will be delivered through –
- Online sessions – both pre-recorded and “live”
- Intensive, practical sessions in in-person gym environment.
- Free access (for limited time) to 750 exercise videos
Strength Training is not just weight training in isolation but supplemented with plyometrics.
It is the foundation of all physical fitness training – both health-related and skills- or sports-related.

- ONLINE via Zoom: September 16, 17 and 18 (daily 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm)
- IN-PERSON: September 21 and 28 (10:00 am to 4:300 pm)

- Fee must be paid in full before the start of the training workshop.

- REPS UAE CPDs – application currently under process
COURSE CREDENTIALS
This course is part of the syllabus of our personal trainer course which is approved by REPS UAE and is Level 4 European Standards – EREPS, Brussels.
The AST clinic is expected to be approved by REPS UAE in the near future.
