Yoga is scientifically proven to offer a range of physical and mental benefits, supported by research from institutions like the National Institutes of Health. Studies have shown it improves flexibility, strength, and balance, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, and can help manage chronic pain. It is also used as a complementary therapy for conditions like depression, hypertension, and diabetes
