Functional Range of Motion

Fitness and sports professionals will receive approximately 12 hours of intensive training in Stretching for Flexibility. This clinic is in-person.

  • Online – On ZOOM: Oct 7, 8 & 9 (2:00 pm to 4:00) pm)

  • In-Person- Oct 12 (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)

Fees:
  • General: AED850
  • Gayo students: AED775

     

    Fee includes :

    1)  Learning Resources including free access to videos (for 2 months only).

    2) REPS UAE CPDs (issued only to valid REPS UAE card holders in UAE)

    3) 12 ISSA (USA) CEUs certificate (issued only to valid ISSA certificate holders in UAE)

The clinic will lead to the following outcomes for the participants.

  • Application of different types of Stretching specific to clients and their goals
  • Planning Stretching sessions for clients with injuries and medical conditions.

It is essential that the attendees have a thorough grounding in exercise physiology, kinesiology and exercise sciences.  They are expected to hold a Level 3 or 4 personal training certification and / or a graduate or post-graduate degree as applicable.
