WORLD OF CHAMPIONS Gym – Al Zafarana Building, 24 St, Abu Hail, Dubai.

DATES:
December 7 and 8, 2024

Injuries occur during exercise and sport. Oftentimes, in the rush of the moment, the exercise or play goes on. The wound is neglected and is thus aggravated.

Prompt and proper identification and assessment of the injury, rendering of first aid and subsequent rehab exercises will enable the victim to return to normalcy without the risk of the injury’s reoccurrence.

“Prehab” exercises will enable the victim to further minimize the risk of reoccurrence.
